When their bitch fails to do a good job, not presenting his tongue well enough to please the Mistresses, they start bitch slapping him in the face for his failures. With his face red with their slaps and covered in their spit, the Mistresses laugh at the slave, telling him how pathetic he is for letting them use him like this and how disgusting he looks to them. The Mistresses put their cigarettes out on his tongue and then leave the butts there, smiling as their slave tries to thank them with the cigarette butts still on his tongue.
